This High Performance Carbon Fiber Epoxy Resin is formulated for surface coating and impregnation of carbon fiber fabric, suitable for hand lay-up and vacuum-assisted processes. It cures reliably at room temperature and performs consistently in cooler workshop conditions. Post-cure, the resin delivers high hardness, strong tensile strength, and reliable impact resistance, meeting structural composite requirements. Self-leveling and natural defoaming properties minimize trapped air, producing a smooth, high-gloss surface that typically requires no post-processing. Low viscosity enables fast, thorough fiber wet-out, shortening processing cycles, while cure speed is balanced to preserve adequate pot life. The system performs well across hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion, allowing a single formulation to cover multiple production methods. It is suited to automotive components, sporting goods, marine structures, and lightweight industrial parts — applications where fiber compaction density and long-term surface durability are critical to product performance.
This High Performance Carbon Fiber Epoxy Resin is formulated for surface coating of carbon fiber fabric and for impregnation under hand lay-up or vacuum conditions. Curing remains stable at room temperature, and performance does not degrade significantly in cooler workshop environments, an important consideration for manufacturers operating without tightly controlled ambient conditions.
Once fully cured, the resin reaches a hardness and tensile strength suitable for structural composite parts. Impact resistance is likewise strong enough to withstand handling and service loads without embrittlement. On the surface, self-leveling and natural defoaming reduce trapped air during application; the result is a smooth, high-gloss finish that typically requires no further post-processing.
Low viscosity allows the resin to wet fiber quickly and completely, which in turn shortens overall processing time. Cure speed has been calibrated so that this efficiency does not come at the expense of usable pot life. The formulation performs consistently across hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion, allowing a single system to serve multiple production methods within the same facility.
Typical applications include automotive components, sporting goods, marine structures, and lightweight industrial parts — cases where both fiber compaction density and long-term surface durability directly affect product performance.
There are three models available: JH‑604, JH‑605 and JH‑606. They differ in curing speed, yellowing resistance and viscosity. Please refer to the content below for detailed specifications.
1.Weigh A and B glue according to the given weight ratio into the prepared cleaned container, fully mixed the mixture again
the container wall by clockwise, place it along for 3 to 5 minutes, and then it can be used.
2.Take the glue according to the usable time and dosage of mixture to avoid wasting. When the temperature is below 15 ℃,
please heat A glue to 30 ℃ first and then mix it to the B glue (A glue will be thicken in low temperature ); The glue must be
sealed lid after use to avoid rejection caused by moisture absorption.
3.When the relative humidity is higher than 85%, the surface of the cured mixture will absorb moisture in the air, and form
a layer of white mist in the surface, so when the relative humidity is higher than 85%, is not suitable for room temperature curing, suggest to use the heat curing.
