Processing & Curing Specs

You won’t need to overhaul your setup to use this. It works perfectly with standard UV equipment.

• Prep: Just ensure your substrates or silicone molds are clean and free of release agents.

• Dispense: Run it through an auto-dispenser or manual squeeze bottle. Give it 3 to 5 seconds to self-level and release any microscopic voids.

• Cure Cycle (36W UV or 365–405nm LED):

  • Thin coats (1-2mm): Solid in about 90 to 180 seconds.

  • Deep pours/Molds: Cure the top face for 120 seconds, then flip it over and hit the back for another 60–90 seconds for a full cross-link.

• Cool Down: Wait about 60 seconds for the parts to return to room temp before you pack them or stress-test the flex.
