ABOUT OUR DEEP POUR EPOXY

Deep pour epoxy is a different chemistry from table top epoxy, not a thicker version of the same product. It uses a slow-cure, low-exotherm hardener system built to manage heat across a thick single pour — where standard epoxy would crack, yellow, or cloud from the inside out.

Most product pages lead with pour depth. It’s the number most likely to be inflated, and it’s only meaningful when it holds up outside a controlled lab pour — at higher ambient temperatures, in a real mold, at production volume. That’s why our deep pour epoxy ships with temperature rise curves and pour depth data across ambient ranges, not a single best-case figure.

Standard single-pour depth runs 2–8 cm; select industrial formulations exceed 10 cm. Working time runs 60–120+ minutes depending on grade, with initial cure at 24–72 hours and full cure at 7–14 days. Every batch ships with compliance documentation — REACH, Prop 65, RoHS, TSCA — and TDS on request, no chasing required.

Whether you’re sourcing for river tables, resin art, encapsulation, or industrial mold casting, the formulation and the paperwork are the same standard: production-grade, documented, and consistent batch to batch.

Who Buys From Us

Deep Pour Epoxy Resin (3)

Custom studios & fabricators

Small-batch, high-consistency orders for river tables, live-edge furniture, and resin art. Sample-to-order turnaround without minimums built for factory-scale buyers.

Deep Pour Epoxy Resin (2)

Production furniture brands

Batch-to-batch consistency at wholesale volume, with documentation to match — color stability data, pour depth specs, and matched-component packaging for repeat production runs.

Deep Pour Epoxy Resin

Contract manufacturers

Multi-region supply with temperature-range performance data, because a workshop in Queensland and one in Minnesota don't share an ambient temperature — and your resin shouldn't perform like they do.

Private label & OEM

Custom formulation, packaging, and labeling under your brand. Full export documentation and production timelines scoped before the first batch runs.

Standard formulations handle 2–8 cm in a single pass; select industrial-grade products exceed 10 cm. The number that matters more than the maximum is how it holds at your actual ambient temperature and mold geometry — ask for pour depth data across temperature ranges, not just the headline figure.

Yes. We will send out the samples within three days at the latest. Feel free to contact us via phone or email should you require further assistance.

Yes — custom formulation, packaging, and labeling.

During curing, maintain a stable temperature (avoid direct sunlight, drafts, or temperature fluctuations) to ensure uniform curing. Do not touch or move the project until the resin has gelled (usually after 8-24 hours). The full curing time is 7-14 days, depending on the pour thickness and temperature. Keep the working area well-ventilated during mixing and curing. Additionally, cover the project with a dust cover to prevent dust or debris from falling into the wet resin.
