We have professional sales and technical teams who can provide timely technical consultation and solutions (e.g., for bubbles, non-curing, etc.). We also provide product tutorials and marketing materials for distributors.

Product Quality & Performance

Suggest river table or woodworking studios share us the amount of resin poured per project, the thickness, and the ambient temperature, so we can recommend the most suitable product. For distributors, we usually suggest selling medium and large pour products to meet the needs of most customer groups.

Our formulas are designed by a professional R&D team. Our products have been sold extensively in various countries. Their superior performance and high cost-effectiveness are widely appreciated by the market: high transparency, low shrinkage, good yellowing resistance, high hardness, multiple styles to choose from, and we provide comprehensive after-sales technical guidance and service.

The tabletop/countertop epoxy resin developed and produced by our company has higher viscosity, fast curing, a mirror-like surface finish, high gloss, no water ripple marks, higher hardness, better yellowing resistance, and better heat resistance. If general-purpose epoxy is used for tabletop coating, the leveling and surface effect are average, curing speed is slow, and hardness and heat resistance are not as good.

Our tabletop epoxy resin is suitable for various flat substrates like wood, stone, tiles, cement boards, MDF, etc. Substrate testing is recommended before large-area application to ensure adhesion and compatibility.

Because the wood did not properly treated ahead or the model of deep pour resin is not slow curing and low heat release. The solution is : 1) Properly treat wood ahead before pour resin ,2) consider to choose a slower cure resin or reduce thickness per layer of pouring.

The resin heat release too high during curing . The solution will be :1) control the room temperature lower than 20°C ,2) reduce thickness per layer of pouring ,3) choose a slower cure and deeper pour resin ;

Ensure embedded objects are completely dry (fresh flowers require treatment with a dedicated desiccant). Apply a thin base layer of resin and let it partially cure before placing the objects and pouring a second layer. For complex objects, a sealing coat is recommended to prevent air bubble release.

Deep pour epoxy resin is specifically designed for thicker castings. It is a low-viscosity, slow-drying, low-exothermic product, effectively preventing cracking and yellowing during curing due to high temperature. Regular epoxy resin should not be used for single-layer thick casting, as it will affect the final product quality.

1. Choose self-degassing products. All our products contain defoamers, ensuring they are bubble free under normal use.
2 .Stir slowly in one direction to ensure thorough mixing of Parts A and B, avoiding vigorous stirring.
3.When resin is stored at low temperatures in winter, warm it up before use : by placing it in a 60°C warm water bath or leaving it in a 25°C room for 24 hours.
4. For molds with complex structures, or medium/large or thick molds, pour in layers to reduce deep-seated bubbles or bubbles caused by excessive exothermic heat.

Materials with good compatibility include: Dedicated resin dyes/pigments (recommended, high transparency); mica powder, pearl powder, fluorescent powder; alcohol ink (control amount to avoid affecting curing). Avoid water-based, acidic, or solvent-based pigments (e.g., acrylic, watercolor).

Our UV resin is specifically developed for the DIY Jewelry craft industry with these core advantages: Crystal Clear, yellowing resistant,Odorless,self-degassing.low shrink, high gloss ,no ripples and no sticky. Fast curing (1-6 minutes), significantly improving production efficiency. Multiple formulas: Can meet different customer and market positioning and needs. Certified (e.g., ROHS, REACH), some styles are suitable for children's DIY.

Mainly from glossiness, transparency, curing speed, shrinkage rate, yellowing resistance, hardness, quality inspection reports, etc. Our products feature high transparency, high gloss, ripple-free surfaces, fast cure, low shrinkage, dry and no sticky after curing, good yellowing resistance, and high hardness. Products comply with ASTM, REACH, ROHS, etc., meeting quality standards for global markets.

Our gypsum powder features high purity, stable setting, a fine surface and moderate hardness after curing, suitable for detailed craft casting. The product has excellent whiteness, mixes evenly with pigments, and has a low bubble rate, reducing post-processing steps.

Craft gypsum powder undergoes fine processing, resulting in finer particles, fewer impurities, a smoother surface after setting, strength more suitable for carving and molding, and it is less prone to yellowing, making it more suitable for high-quality craft production.

Deep Pour Resin typically takes 24-72 hours to set and cure completely. The full curing time can vary depending on temperature, thickness, and the specific resin used.

Table Top Coating Resin typically takes 24-48 hours to set and cure. Full curing may take up to 72 hours, depending on the temperature and thickness of the resin.

The gel time is usually 4-8 hours (can be touched without sticking to the hand), and the full curing time is 24-72 hours (depending on the ambient temperature and the thickness of the resin). For maintenance of finished products: 1. Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight to prevent yellowing (choose resin with UV stabilizers for outdoor use); 2. Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth; 3. Avoid collision with sharp objects to prevent scratches; 4. For small scratches, you can polish the surface with fine sandpaper and then apply a layer of resin topcoat to restore luster.

UV Resin typically cures in 2-5 minutes under a UV light source. However, the curing time may vary depending on the thickness of the resin layer and the strength of the UV light.

Gypsum powder typically sets in 15-30 minutes, depending on the mixture’s thickness and temperature. It usually hardens fully within 1-2 hours.
