Table Top Epoxy Resin — Self-Leveling Manufacturer for Wholesale & OEM

Formulated to self-level and flow to a glass-clear finish in thin coats — not thinned down from a deep pour system.

Three formulations, three jobs — match the grade to the surface before you order, not after.

ABOUT OUR TABLE TOP EPOXY

Table top epoxy and deep pour epoxy are not the same product at different thicknesses — they’re different hardener chemistries built for different problems. Deep pour is engineered to manage heat across a thick single pour. Table top epoxy is engineered to self-level and flow into a bubble-free, glass-clear film across a wide flat surface in a thin coat.

That self-leveling behavior is the whole point of the formulation. Get the viscosity or working time wrong and you get orange peel texture, uneven edges, or a cloudy finish — not a coating problem, a chemistry mismatch. Ours is tuned for a 30–50 minute working window with a controlled flow rate, so it self-levels evenly across a full tabletop or counter before gel starts.

Every batch is food-contact safe, UV-stabilized against yellowing, and ships with TDS documentation on request — same compliance standard whether the order is a sample run or a container load.

Whether you’re sourcing for countertop resurfacing, bar tops, art tables, or river-table finish coats, the formulation is the same across order sizes: self-leveling, high-gloss, and documented.

Usually ambient temperature or an uneven substrate, not the resin. Below 20°C the flow slows down before gel; pour in a room between 22–28°C and let the material self-level for the first 10–15 minutes before touching it.

At 1mm thickness, coverage runs roughly 1.5 m² per kg. For a standard 1.5mm tabletop coat, plan for about 1 kg per m².

Yes — all three grades are FDA/food-contact safe once fully cured. Full cure takes 7 days; avoid direct food contact before then.

The tabletop/countertop epoxy resin developed and produced by our company has higher viscosity, fast curing, a mirror-like surface finish, high gloss, no water ripple marks, higher hardness, better yellowing resistance, and better heat resistance. If general-purpose epoxy is used for tabletop coating, the leveling and surface effect are average, curing speed is slow, and hardness and heat resistance are not as good.

Our formulation is UV-stabilized against amber yellowing, but any epoxy will yellow faster under direct, sustained UV exposure than indoors — for outdoor-adjacent surfaces, ask about our UV-resistant topcoat option.

Yes. Samples ship within three business days. Contact us by phone or email for sample requests.
